We are thrilled to see our new paper out! Our study includes three modalities from the same sample including spatial transcriptomics, snRNA-Seq and snATAC-Seq assays @10XGenomics. Integrative analysis of snRNA/ATAC-seq established a map of major human heart cell types. 2/n Full twitter thread
First In-Person Network Meeting- April 2022
Senior and Early Career Investigators (ECI) came together April 22-23, 2022 @ University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia for an outstanding first in-person Network Meeting. Agenda included: ECI career development, high-impact publications, oral and poster presentations, development and new collaborations of the network and a trip to the Phillies Baseball game.
Second Network Meeting October 2021
All Senior and Early Career Investigator Network Members met virtually October 25-26, 2021 for a 2-day meeting with discussions of what has developed and new collaborations during the 1st year. Early Career Investigators had a day devoted to career development, including hiring process as new faculty, peer review or publishing process and managing a lab/budget.
